Our production processes run from making paper pattern, cutting, printing and embroidery, sewing, on- line inspection, testing, finish, final inspection, packing to delivering. We could make water print/heat transfer print, digital print, flocking print, gold foil print, ink print, puff print, discharge print, diamond print, sublimated print, 3D print, appliqué. We could also make them garment-washed and garment-dyed. Our products are exported to North and South America, Eastern, Western and Northern Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and more. 

Strict Quality Control Procedures:

We have experienced QC team to take inspection in each process. All of the products will be 100% inspected before packaging.

• 1. Inspect the bulk fabric before cutting
• 2. Inspect the printing/embroidery before sewing
• 3. Inspect the on-line products during sewing
• 4. Final inspection of the finished products before packaging
• 5. Random inspection of the products with packaging
